Returns + Exchanges

Shipping

We will ship orders to U.S. addresses in 1-3 business days of the order and send via UPS with a tracking number. Allow up to one week for order arrival (pending UPS holidays and closings). If an order has not arrived after ten days, contact info@vincentoutfitting.com with your order number and tracking number.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days after product delivery or in-store purchase. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as at time of purchase. All tags must still be attached. Clothing that has been hemmed or altered, either by a customer after receipt or prior to shipping/pick up via our hemming service, is not eligible for return.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Send returns to the address below and send via a reputable company. We recommend shipping via a method that includes tracking to ensure that we receive the return. For online customers, complete the return form included with product shipment; for in-store customers, contact us at info@vincentoutfitting.com for a return form or bring the product in.

Refunds for the amount of original purchase (shipping in ineligible for refund) will be refunded to the card the order was processed on. Square takes 2-7 business days to process a refund to the card’s issuing bank. The bank may then take an additional 2-7 business days for processing on their end. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, contact us at info@vincentoutfitting.com.

Exceptions

Clearance items are not eligible for refund unless they were incorrectly shipped items or already damaged upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same product within 30 days after product delivery or in-store purchase. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as at time of purchase. All tags must still be attached. Clothing that has been hemmed or altered, either by a customer after receipt or prior to shipping/pick up via our hemming service, is not eligible for exchange.

When using a shipping method, we cannot guarantee that the requested size does not sell out by the time we receive the item for exchange. In order to prevent against this, we recommend purchasing the intended size and completing a return as per the above Return Policy. Customers are also welcome to bring exchanges into the store.
