This privacy policy covers how personal information is collected, used, and/or shared when a user visits (henceforth referred to as the “Site”).

What We Collect

When a user initially visits the Site, the Site automatically collects information such as which web browser is used, IP address, time zone, what websites or search terms referred a user to the Site, and cookies already installed on a user’s device (“Device Information”). As a user browse the site, we collect additional information regarding the individual pages viewed and how a user interacts with the Site.

We use the following technologies for collecting Device Information

  • Cookies – Data files placed on a device or computer, often with an anonymous unique identifier. Visit for more information regarding cookings, including how to disable these.
  • Log files – Files that track actions happening on the Site and collect IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring pages, exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • Web beacons, tags, and pixels – Files that record information about how a user browses the Site.

In addition to the information collected during general use of the Site, when a user makes a purchase through the Site personal Order Information is collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (e.g., credit card numbers), email address, phone number. We retain Order Information in perpetuity unless requested by a customer to delete the information.

And finally, any user who opts to subscribe via our Stay in Touch feature provides an email address.

How We Share and Use Device Information

We use Device Information to help improve and optimize the Site. The Device Information we gather is through Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how users browse through and interact with the Site (for example, clicking through to a particular page, section, or project). Additionally, we use Device Information to monitor against order frauds (e.g., IP address).

As we are a United States company, European residents should note that user information will be transferred outside of Europe as a course of doing regular business.

How We Use Order Information

We use the Order Information to fulfil purchases placed through the Site. Fulfilment includes processing the payment, shipping, and providing receipts and order confirmations. Beyond completing the order, we also use the information to:

  • communicate with customers
  • monitor against fraud
  • provide information or marketing related to our products

How We Use Subscription Information

We use the Subscription Information to communicate with users to provide:

  • details on what is happening at the brick-and-mortar store
  • details on what is happening on the Site
  • sale notices
  • information or marketing related to our products

If at any time a user wishes to end his/her subscription to the Stay in Touch notices, he/she may do so by selecting “Unsubscribe” from any email or by contacting us via email or mail at the addresses listed in the Contact section below.

We use Device Information and Order Information to provide customers with targeted marketing we feel is in line with viewing interests and previous purchases. Users can opt out of this targeting:
