Where do I pick up online local pick-up orders?
Our brick and mortar location at 1414 S. 13th St., Omaha, NE 68108. Pick-ups are during regular store hours, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
Can I exchange a purchase?
Yes, we offer exchanges per our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not have international shipping set up through our online store. If you are a customer abroad, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can make special arrangements.
What company do you ship with?
We ship our orders via UPS for online purchases. For gift card purchases by phone or email, we ship via USPS.
Can I purchase a gift card?
We currently do not offer gift cards through our online store; however, we do still offer them. Call 402-321-2730 or email email@example.com, and we can get you set up.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer hemming services to our in-store and local pick-up customers. Hemming services are $15 per item and typically take 3-5 days.
What does “processing” mean on an online order?
Processing means we have your order in our queue to be pulled and shipped. Once we ship your order, the status will change from “Processing” to “Shipped,” and you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
How long does it take an order to ship?
Our shipping turnaround is 2-3 business days.

Past orders can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking on “orders” in the menu bar.

What happens if my order was lost during delivery?
Upon shipping, we provide a tracking number with UPS. Any lost orders should be directed to UPS for inquiring using this tracking number.
